What to Expect
The initial consultation is about 90 minutes in length which allows us to thoroughly discuss your health concerns and explore other important pieces of the puzzle including medical history, nutrition, sleep, and stress! A complaint-oriented physical examination will also be done during this time.

What to Bring
How can you prepare for your naturopathic visit?
Complete the intake and consent form before your appointment and bring a copy of recent blood work and/or diagnostic imaging reports.

Continuing Care
Follow up sessions are a time to
check-in, assess progress, make modifications if required, and review any new laboratory results.
